Linville Golf Club Membership Cost

GolfThis membership provides full access to all of the club’s facilities and amenities including the 18-hole championship golf course, practice greens, driving range, Pro Shop, tennis courts, croquet courts, fitness center and spa, dining, clubhouse and all social events and activities. Privileges are extended to the member’s spouse and dependent children, as prescribed by the club. Members must be owners of residential property in Linville Ridge.

NationalNational members may use all club facilities, except as specified in the club bylaws. Contact the club office for a complete description.National members may not own property within a 200-mile driving distance of Linville Ridge, nor may his/her family directly or indirectly own any property within 200 miles of Linville Ridge.

RegionalRegional members may use all club facilities, except as specified in the club bylaws. Contact the club office for a complete description.Regional members may not own property within a 50-mile driving distance of Linville Ridge, nor may his/her family directly or indirectly own any property within 50 miles of Linville Ridge.

Junior GolfMembership privileges are the same as the Regular Golf Membership.Available to applicants under fifty (50) years of age who own residential property in Linville Ridge.

Legacy GolfMembers shall be entitled to use all club facilities. Available to children or grandchildren of any active Member in good standing who own residential property in Linville Ridge.

Non-Resident GolfThis class of membership is the same as a regular golf membership, except it is non-voting.

SocialProvides full access to the club’s facilities and amenities including the tennis courts, croquet courts, fitness center and spa, dining, clubhouse and all social related events and activities. At this time social members have no golf privileges. Privileges will be extended to the member’s spouse and dependent children, as prescribed by the club. Members must be owners of Residential Property in Linville Ridge.

Junior SocialMembership privileges are the same as the Regular Social Membership. Available to applicants under fifty (50) years of age who own residential property in Linville Ridge.

Legacy SocialMembers shall be entitled to use all Club facilities other than golf facilities. Available to children or grandchildren of any active member in good standing who own residential property in Linville Ridge.

Non-Resident SocialThis class of membership is the same as a regular social membership except it is non-voting.

Please Note:

  • Each type of membership has a one-time initiation fee and annual dues (subject to review and change annually).
  • Monthly memberships are available to non-property owners, who are renting property on “The Ridge.”
  • Some Membership Categories have additional Residential Property Restrictions and/or Requirements and can be clarified by contacting Scott Corenette, the Club’s Membership Services Manager.
